Teriyaki Chicken for Two

Ingredients :

  • 1 pouch (160 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
  • ½ lb chicken breast (1” cubes)
  • 1 red pepper (chunks)
  • 2 cups broccoli (florets)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ cup onions (chopped)
  • Rice or Noodles

Directions :

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil and sear chicken until no longer pink inside
  2. Mix in veggies and 3 tbsp water. Cover and steam.
  3. Add VH® and stir until vegetables and chicken are well coated and sauce is warmed through
  4. Serve over rice or noodles
