Orange-Hoisin Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup (250 mL) VH® Garlic Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) VH® Reduced Sodium Soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 2 pork tenderloins, about 1 3/4 lb (800 g), each cut in half

Directions :

  1. Heat oven to 400°F (205°C). In a large freezer bag add VH® Garlic Hoisin Sauce, VH® Reduced Sodium Soya Sauce, orange juice, onions and fresh cilantro, blend well. Add tenderloins and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight
  2. Place all the ingredients from the bag in a large baking dish. Roast uncovered in oven until the internal temperature reads 160°F (70°C), 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of pork
  3. Let pork rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve with liquid from pan and extra VH® Garlic Hoisin Sauce for dipping.
