Mango Curry Dipping Sauce
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) plain yogurt
- 1 cup (250 mL) VH® Mango Curry Sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
- Whisk together the yogurt, VH® Mango Curry Sauce and fresh cilantro. Refrigerate until needed.
Serve with Indian Vegetable Pakoras, or use as a dipping sauce for fresh veggies.
For a thicker version, try draining the yogurt in cheesecloth set in a strainer over a bowl for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
No time to drain yogurt? Try using Greek style yogurt or sour cream.
