Garlic and Fine Herb Dip
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each of VH® Plum Dipping Sauce, mayonnaise and plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp. (45 mL) minced fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil, oregano, thyme, etc.)
- Stir together all of the ingredients until well combined and smooth.
- Season generously and let sit at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the dip to take on its full flavour.
A delightful appetizer combining the classic with an Eastern influence.
