Teriyaki Glazed Beef with Asparagus
- 1 lb (500 g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 jar (341 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
- 1 bunch (500 g) asparagus spears, trimmed
- Toss beef with VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce. Wrap slice of beef around each asparagus spear.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until beef is charred and asparagus is tender.
To make slicing easier, freeze the beef until well chilled.
