Teriyaki Glazed Beef with Asparagus

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb (500 g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 jar (341 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 1 bunch (500 g) asparagus spears, trimmed

Directions :

  1. Toss beef with VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce. Wrap slice of beef around each asparagus spear.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until beef is charred and asparagus is tender.
Tips:

To make slicing easier, freeze the beef until well chilled.
